About Us

Asia FendrychovĂĄ
Hi, Iâm Asia! Iâm originally from Poland but have called Prague home since 2007. Iâm an English teacher and language coach with a love for meaningful conversations, creative learning, and gentle self-discovery. I work with women who want to reconnect with Englishâand with themselvesâthrough experiential workshops, coaching, and community. I have a Czech husband and two lively kids, who keep me on my toes. I love yoga, dancing, nature walks, movement, coffee with friends, and moments of quiet reflection (whenever they happen!)
Jen Hill
Hi, I’m Jen! I’m from Canada, and I’ve lived in the Czech Republic for ten years. I’m an English language guide or coach, working freelance from my home (mostly online). I’m a writer, a medicine maker, an avid reader, and a seeker of all things Divine. I live in Prague with my dog, Freya, and lots of cheerful houseplants and herbs. I enjoy meditation, shamanic journeying, cooking (and eating!), and taking long walks in the nature with my friends.

đŤ Full Workshop Descriptions
If you are curious about the particular sessions and workshops below is a more detailed description of what to expect:
18:30 | Welcoming Circle & Intro to Improv â Play, Connect, Discover (Friday)
Step into the weekend with a playful and heart-opening session of improvisation. In this light and welcoming workshop, weâll explore simple movement-based games and connection exercises designed to help us get to know each other and ease into the weekend. No improv or language experience neededâjust curiosity and a willingness to play. Improvisation is not about being funny or performingâit’s about being present, observing, and responding with authenticity.
09:00â10:00 | Yoga with Eva â Ground & Awaken (Saturday)
Weâll begin the day with a gentle yoga stretch led by certified yoga teacher Eva KurovcovĂĄ. This morning session will help you connect with your body, ground yourself, and ease into the flow of the day with calm and presence. No previous experience neededâjust come as you are and enjoy a mindful start.
10:30â12:00 | The Basics of At-Home Herbalism with Jen (Saturday)
I invite you to create relationships with some of Mother Nature’s most beneficial herbs and plants. I’ll introduce you to herbs for stress management, women’s health (and hormone balance), relaxation, and cognition and clarity. We’ll learn how to identify herbs, how to forage or source them ethically, and how to work with them sustainably. All we need to heal ourselves and live in optimal health can be found in Mother’s wild gardens.
13:30â15:00 | Mindful Walk & Forest Mind â Reconnect with Nature (Saturday)
After lunch, weâll step outside and slow down with a mindful walk through the surrounding forest. Inspired by the Finnish method Forest Mind, this gentle session invites you to awaken your senses, ground yourself in the present moment, and connect more deeply with nature. Through simple mindfulness and nature-based practices, weâll create space to breathe, reflect, and just be.
15:30â17:30 | Sparking the Creative Fire Within â with Jen (Saturday)
We were born to create, yet so often we hold ourselves back due to fear or perfectionism or a belief that we have nothing of value to share. There’s also an idea that creativity is all about art or music or dance, when it is about so much more! In this workshop we’ll touch on what creativity really is, how you can find opportunities to be creative in many aspects of your life (yes, even when cooking or doing other household activities), and how to create for the joy of creation instead of focusing on the results.
19:30â21:30 | Ground & Flow â Mindful Tools & Intuitive Dance with Asia (Saturday)
As the day winds down, weâll gather to explore grounding techniques that help calm the mind and reconnect with the body. Through gentle discussion and shared reflection, youâll be introduced to simple, practical tools you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming. Weâll then transition into an intuitive dance sessionâa soft and playful invitation to move freely, listen to your bodyâs rhythm, and express yourself without judgment. No choreography, no pressureâjust presence, music, and movement.
09:00â09:30 | Morning Stretch with Asia â Wake Up & Breathe (Sunday)
Weâll greet the new day with a gentle stretch to wake up our bodies and refresh our minds. This short morning session will help you move with ease, breathe deeply, and soak in the energy of natureâweather permitting, weâll enjoy it outdoors. A soft and simple way to welcome Sunday.
10:00â11:30 | Using Tarot for Self-Reflection with Jen (Sunday)
No crystal balls and no beaded shawls required! Too often tarot is believed to be only about telling the future, but I’m going to show you how to use tarot cards for self-reflection and journaling. These cards with their amazing artwork can be like mirrors to our experiences, especially when we ask good questions with honest intention. We’ll learn how to ask good questions, where to search for answers, and how to reclaim tarot cards as a source of information about our lives, dreams, and relationships.
11:30 | Closing Circle â Reflect & Carry It Forward (Sunday)
Before we part ways, weâll gather one last time to reflect on the weekendâwhat weâve experienced, discovered, and shared. The closing circle is a space to gently land, express gratitude, and carry the insights from our time together into daily life. Weâll wrap up with a nourishing vegetarian lunch to send you off with a full heart (and belly).
